LLC Vizuālā diagnostika Expands in Liepāja with New Magnetic Resonance Center

Liepāja, September 12, 2025 — LLC Vizuālā diagnostika, a member of the EF HOLDING group, has officially opened its second branch in Liepāja — the brand-new Magnetic Resonance Center. The launch marks a major step forward in the city’s healthcare landscape, enhancing access to advanced diagnostic services and strengthening Liepāja’s role as a regional healthcare hub.

Located in the heart of the city at 12 Jūras Street, within the Promenade Hotel premises, the state-of-the-art center is specially designed to provide magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) services. Meeting the highest standards of medical facilities, the new center represents an investment of €1.5 million by LLC Vizuālā diagnostika.

The opening of the Magnetic Resonance Center not only increases the availability of modern healthcare for residents but also broadens the range of medical service providers in Liepāja with a cutting-edge radiological diagnostics facility.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services at the newly opened center in Liepāja will be performed using a premium-class, next-generation Canon Medical (Japan) Vantage Orian 1.5T system with an extended 71 cm bore. The system is equipped with the latest artificial intelligence technologies, ensuring exceptionally detailed and clear images while reducing noise levels and scan times — all without compromising diagnostic precision or image quality.
